Ross Martens established the company in January of 2023. He started his career in public accounting at BKD in West Des Moines, Iowa in 2018. He served clients in several different industries including real estate, telecommunication, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation and more. His experience at BKD included corporate, partnership, and individual tax planning and preparation. He grew up on a farm in western Iowa and has extensive knowledge in the agriculture industry which helps serve the local farming community. Ross received his Bachelors in Accounting from Iowa State University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Iowa.

Jeremy Labate joined the business in March of 2024. He assists with tax preparation, manages payroll and sales tax filings, and assists with bookkeeping services when needed. Growing up in Jefferson, Jeremy has a close connection to the town and community. Jeremy graduated from Iowa State University in 2020 with a Bachelors in Accounting and in Management Information Systems and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Iowa.

Madeline Delzell started with Martens & Associates in January of 2023. Madeline specializes in administrative duties and bookkeeping services.
